Surfers Paradise Christmas Parade

The Gold Coast Christmas parade takes its inspiration from New York’s world famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, this marvel of sight and sound will have something for the whole family to enjoy, with the parade extending over 2 kilometers along the iconic beach front, dancers, giant balloons, and a marching band, this is one event you’ll be glad to see.

Cowra Christmas Light Competition
If you’re in Cowra from the 1st – 23rd, why not have a look around at the Christmas light displays created by the locals, as they adorn their homes with Christmas cheer and joy, the competition is open to Cowra shire residents and will be judged on the 23rd December, also if you’re in town on the 10th or 17th December head down to the main street as retailers will be open for extended hours, there will also be a selection of pop up stalls featuring local producers and artisans.
